Thank you for choosing olympusauna® for your purchase. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms:

Shipping Destination: China

Shipping Method: Sea freight

Production Time: 15 business days

Delivery Time: 45–55 business days

If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 8 business days.

Our company will cover the costs of international shipping, customs duties, and customs clearance.

Please note that in case of natural disasters, holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these exceptional circumstances.

Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your order. Please be aware that there are no additional taxes or fees associated with your order.

Address Modification: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer service within one week to make the necessary changes.


Delivery Options

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Standard residential or commercial delivery to your address.
  • White-Glove Service: Includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and debris removal (availability may vary by region).
  • Forklift Requirement: For larger sauna models, a forklift may be required for unloading. If your location does not have forklift access, please inform us in advance for alternative arrangements.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging each sauna unit and include additional padding to ensure safe transportation. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please note the issue on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will promptly replace any damaged or missing parts free of charge, provided we receive notification within this timeframe. Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in restocking or replacement fees, as well as any shipping charges billed by the logistics company.
